Shantanu is a distinguished lawyer with around 12 years of valuable experience in the legal field. He is highly proficient in both dispute resolution and labour and employment laws.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in advising multinational clients having business in India, particularly those from Japan, the United States, and Taiwan, on a wide range of legal matters. His focus includes, but is not limited to, issues related to multi-jurisdictional litigation, dispute resolution, white-collar crimes, commercial fraud, anti-bribery challenges, contract management, and labour and employment regulations.

Shantanu has actively represented clients in both international and domestic arbitrations, as well as in litigation proceedings before the Supreme Court of India. His experience extends to various High Courts and district courts across India, along with numerous judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals and forums. This includes, but is not limited to, the National Company Law Tribunal, Appellate Tribunals, the Competition Commission of India, the Electricity Tribunal, Designated Authorities, and other adjudicatory bodies.
