Rahul Saxena is a Senior Associate at Insight Legal, with a broad-based practice spanning arbitration, corporate-commercial litigation, insolvency, white-collar crime, and consumer disputes. He has independently handled a wide range of matters across forums and has extensive experience representing clients in high-stake proceedings.
Rahul has represented prominent clients, including India’s leading two-wheeler conglomerate, non-banking financial institutions, public sector undertakings, insurance companies, non-profit organisations, and interior design firms, before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. These include the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Consumer Commissions, and other tribunals and district courts.
In addition to his litigation expertise, Rahul is a certified trainer on compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. He conducts annual workshops, sets up Internal Complaints Committees (ICC), and provides advisory support to multinational corporations to ensure workplace compliance. Rahul has also advised Japanese companies operating in India on employment law matters, including the drafting and review of HR policies, employment contracts, and termination documentation.
His legal acumen includes drafting of invocation notices, legal opinions, claims, commercial suits, writs, appeals, and revisions. With a comprehensive understanding of procedural and substantive law, Rahul combines legal strategy with practical insight to deliver effective outcomes for clients.
